myown360 Tailored 360 Degree Feedback for Development & Better Performance

About 360 Degree Feedback

360 degree feedback is a process whereby individuals or ‘feedback recipients’, receive feedback on certain behaviours, from a number of ‘respondents’; these might include a boss, direct reports, colleagues, customers or clients. This is always combined with a self assessment.

It can help clarify your strengths, offer re-assurance and validation, whilst highlighting behaviours that you may wish to change.

The most common purpose for collecting feedback is to aid development and in turn help to improve performance.

At the end of the process you will have a rounded view of yourself at work and as long as the feedback is of a high quality, honest and constructive, then you will benefit in having a clear insight in where you need to change or modify your behaviour.

Many people find that the process of receiving feedback does not occur naturally and as a consequence they do not receive any feedback on how others perceive them at work.

The myown360 tool allows you get that feedback yourself and to take control of your development.
